Are you struggling to deal with anxiety and maybe avoiding some situations that could trigger your anxiety? Perhaps some days you feel ok until your anxiety seems to suddenly appear?
Anxiety states can range from a mild uneasy feeling to severe feelings of fear and worry accompanied by physical symptoms such as palpitations, sweaty palms and butterflies in the stomach.
Moderate feelings of anxiety are a normal part of our daily lives and can be beneficial. A mild feeling of fear that arises from moderate anxious thoughts and feelings helps us recognise and deal with problems. At the other extreme, panic attacks are sudden, intense and often just appear, taking the sufferer completely by surprise and can be a frightening experience.
Anxiety hypnotherapy works with the subconscious part of your mind and helps to change your response to trigger situations from feelings of anxiety to more positive and calm feelings. Hypnotherapy sessions typically include self hypnosis, confidence and self esteem building and developing new automatic responses to previously challenging situations. If appropriate we can also explore any root causes to help you to deal with any past events.
When feelings of anxiety or panic attacks start to affect your quality of life, it is time to seek help. As an integrative therapist, there are many techniques that I can use to help alleviate and control your anxiety and panic attacks including hypnosis, BWRT, hypnoanalysis and NLP techniques. Why not give me a call to see how I can help you?
"I honestly couldn’t fault my experience with hypnotherapy. I went to Linda with issues around anxiety and I had 6 sessions in total, I started to notice changes immediately after my first session, and with each session I gained more confidence and found anxiety related issues became less significant in day-to-day life. I also saw Linda for phobia related issues and I have found the results very successful. I would reccomend anyone with a phobia/fear to try hypnotherapy,"
