At the other extreme, panic attacks are sudden, intense and often just appear, taking the sufferer completely by surprise and can be a frightening experience.
Anxiety hypnotherapy works with the subconscious part of your mind and helps to change your response to trigger situations from feelings of anxiety to more positive and calm feelings. Hypnotherapy sessions typically include self hypnosis, confidence and self esteem building and developing new automatic responses to previously challenging situations. If appropriate we can also explore any root causes to help you to deal with any past events.
